How do I close my account?

Well, we’d be sad to see you go! However, if you decide to close your account, please submit a support ticket and we will follow up with you. Before fully closing down an account, the charitable funds remaining in your account will need to be granted out to a charity of your choosing. You can also permit us to grant the funds to one of the many charities that our account holders support. Any contribution or donation already made to your account will still be tax-deductible.
